I ate at a small restaurant with good breakfast. It had very comfy beds and a gorgeous view to cathedral.
Well, internet connection was weak.

views of the Monastery.. Friendly reception staff, location a few minutes from the centre, not a noisy area, although busy during the day.. Wide room, comfortable beds and detail of having to leave the keys in reception to make you the room I like, knowing that they are 24 hours in reception you remove that they can be lost, that if you do not leave the keys, you do not make the room.
The noise of the bathroom, the cistern kept pouring water, a bit uncomfortable when sleeping and at the same time contradictory with the sticker of the bathroom asking please not to waste water.. I was surprised that they didn't have the courtesy details, I don't usually travel in hotels with too much class, but those little details are taken care of, like the monodose of soap, toothbrush and paste... inside the bathtub there was a soap dispenser, but it seemed a little bit lame... Luckily there were two lifts, in the two days I was there, one of them was always broken, alternating... I hope it was bad luck.

The room was spacious, functional, and had a great view of the cathedral, with a comfortable interior, and the hotel's location was fantastic, being a short distance away from the Alhambra.

The place was really clean and the staff knew their stuff, they were great. The room was big and had good air conditioning 🌬️. The location was spot on, right next to Basilica of San Juan de Dios.

No doubt the best thing is the location and price. You could walk anywhere and it's cheaper than the other hotels in the area. Clean room.
Too much noise, the walls look like paper. We were on the fourth floor (at least it does have elevators) and you could hear noises of furniture or chairs crawling around until 1 a.m. And although the room had a double window to the street, you could hear the noises from outside. And the neighborhood is not completely quiet. Although the room was very clean, you could see that the furniture was old and/or very used. The shower was quite a mess because it lacked paint chips on the floor and had some rust or similar. The room with a double bed is a dwarf and this one is not very comfortable. I think it's better to go with friends because of the location if you don't worry too much about sleeping well

bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very spacious and bright
When we arrived in Granada, I phoned the reception desk for over 20 minutes to explain where the car park was. I had to park as I could in a double line and go to the reception walking, and it turned out that the receptionist was talking on the phone with a friend, with her personal mobile, telling her her life... while the reception phone was ringing non-stop and she was not answering my phone call. I explained to him that I had been calling for a long time and he didn't answer the phone.. and he looked at me with a face like that is not my problem.. The second morning, we went down to the reception my partner and I said good morning, there was the same receptionist who attended us on arrival and there was no answer he was not able to say good morning ... he looked at us and without a word we left him the key to the room without more ... On the other hand, the parking of the hotel, which is a public parking, my vehicle did not enter by the height of the parking. My vehicle is a 2010 Ranger Rover not a truck or anything like that. But the car park looked like it had been built for dwarves. The latest thing. The bathtub is a round tub with jets. But it's got a picket on the bottom of the tub

Good location. Friendly and attentive receptionist.
We arrived and were given a room that was not what we had asked for. Instead of a double bed they gave us one with three single beds. The room was a pity, it was not one of the 45 photos they have in their profile. The room had furniture with the paint peeling off, a punch hole in the closet door and a view of a tavern in front of it. The mattresses looked like the ones in the three bears, one too soft, one regular and one like a stone. A lot of noise from people going up and down and also from the street, being on the first floor it seemed that they were shouting in the room. On the page it says that you can enjoy the parking facilities, but not if you think you are going to leave your car for free at your hotel, no. They have an agreement with the parking in front and if you want to leave your car you have to pay 14 euros per night. Of course, when I went down to complain about the room, the guy at the reception offered me a relocation the next day and this time it was the room in the picture. Very good to the receptionist.

Location of the hotel, size of the room, attention of the reception staff.
The outside rooms face a street with a disco, so if you have trouble sleeping, we recommend that you wear earplugs. Dirty towels, they came back supposedly clean, but they had the same stains. There is only one operative elevator for the whole hotel, we have not been able to use it in all our stay there. The "buffet", the worst of it. Basically, it's not a buffet, it's a table with bagels and brick juice. That's it. Oddly enough, people on the street are given real juice. If you want coffee or tomato for your toast, the only option for breakfast, you have to ask the cafeteria worker, who is not very nice on top of that. NO COMPENSATION, if you have a better and cheaper breakfast in Granada. They have a curious rule, you have to leave your keys at the reception every day before 12 if you want them to clean your room. As a last point, although not relevant, the floor of the bathroom was very deteriorated, presenting even numerous cracks. We think it would be interesting to take care of those things.

Excellent location - close to railway and walking distance to Granada attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booked for one night and stayed 3 nights.
Rooms on the first floor are subject to late night noise either from the street or the cafe/bar.
